Job summary

Legal Sea Foods in Short Hills, New Jersey, is seeking a Line Cook who will prepare and cook menu items to company standards. You will coordinate orders to ensure timely, accurate execution and maintain high food quality and temperatures.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of high-volume kitchen experience, strong knife skills, and solid knowledge of food safety. You will work in a fast-paced team environment, communicating clearly and supporting continuous improvement and guest
