Job summary

Compass Group USA is seeking a food service team member to prepare food and serve customers in compliance with applicable standards. You will obtain production schedules, follow recipes, and ensure quality through tasting and proper portioning.

You will operate and clean equipment, handle multiple stations, and complete required documentation while maintaining safety and sanitation. This role emphasizes efficiency, accuracy, and customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Prepares items on production sheets following established quantities and recipes.
• Follows HACCP guidelines to ensure quality and safety.
• Stores, labels and dates all food items according to policy.

Responsibilities

• Obtains daily production schedule and preparation requirements from the Chef.
• Completes and follows daily production worksheets and waste log sheets.
• Tastes completed meals to ensure quality.
• Operates and cleans equipment per department procedures after each use.
• Completes all required documentation, reports, logs as required.
• Takes orders from customers and prepares items requiring short preparation time.
• Serves customers in an efficient and friendly manner.
• Follows HACCP guidelines to ensure quality and safety of food supply.
