Job summary

Flik Independent School Dining in Alpharetta, GA is hiring a full-time Prep Cook. The role prepares food and serves customers in line with safety standards and recipes, with a Monday–Friday schedule and occasional Saturday catering.

You will follow daily production sheets, operate equipment, maintain HACCP compliance, and assist with serving at multiple stations. This position offers benefits and opportunities for advancement within Flik's school dining program.

Qualifications

• Previous culinary and food safety experience preferred.
• International cuisine experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepares items on production sheets following recipes.
• Operates and cleans equipment per department procedures after each use.
• Follows HACCP guidelines to ensure quality and safety of food supply.
• Takes orders from customer and prepare items requiring short preparation time.
• Serves customers in an efficient and friendly manner.
