Flik Independent School Dining is hiring a Senior Cook in Alpharetta, GA to prepare nutritious meals following established recipes and HACCP guidelines. This role may oversee kitchen activities, operate and clean equipment, and help maintain daily production records.

Qualifications

• Previous cooking and culinary experience required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the cooking activities of food service associates as assigned by Food Service Director.
• Prepare various entrees and menu items following established recipes.
• Operate and clean equipment after each use and perform scheduled routine cleaning.
• Store, label and date food items according to policy and maintain organized storage.
• Follow HACCP guidelines to ensure quality and safety of food supply.
• Comply with health and sanitation regulations and department sanitation procedures.
• Assist in maintaining accurate daily production records and complete required documentation.
• Assist in cross training of employees.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
