Job summary

Flik Independent School Dining is hiring a full-time Prep Cook at Fulton Science Academy in Alpharetta, GA. The role supports daily production with guidance from the Chef; hours are Monday–Friday with possible Saturday catering. Prior culinary and food safety experience, plus knowledge of international cuisines, is preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous culinary and food safety experience preferred.
• International cuisine experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepares food according to Chef's daily production schedule.
• Follows recipes and production sheets to ensure correct quantities.
• Operates and cleans kitchen equipment after use.
• Maintains HACCP guidelines and sanitation standards.
• Takes orders and serves customers at multiple stations.
• Ensures proper temperatures and portion control for served items.
