Responsibilities include inspecting food prep areas for cleanliness, rotating ingredients for freshness, and responding to guest feedback. Ideal candidates will have previous experience, a ServeSafe certification, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a prep cook preferred.
• Teachable and willing to learn.
• Ability to lift 30+ lbs.

• Inspect and clean food preparation areas for safety.
• Ensure food freshness through effective rotation.
• Taste food to ensure quality and seasoning.
