Qualifications

• Previous experience as a prep cook preferred.
• Ability to lift 30+ lbs.
• Ability to work standing for 8+ hours.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and clean food preparation areas to ensure safe food handling practices.
• Ensure freshness of food and ingredients through effective rotation.
• Taste all prep to ensure it is cooked and seasoned correctly.
• Respond to guest feedback with urgency and professionalism.
• Communicate prep priorities with the incoming shift.
