Job summary

Dartcor Hospitality in New York is seeking a dependable Prep/Utility Team Member for our corporate café. You will assist with basic prep, station setup, stock pantries, and dishwashing to keep the kitchen efficient and guests satisfied.

Requirements include a NYC Food Handler's License and prior kitchen or foodservice experience. Schedule is Monday–Friday 6AM–2PM with competitive pay and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• NYC Food Handler's License required.
• Kitchen or foodservice experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong work ethic and attention to cleanliness and detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist in basic food prep tasks (washing, chopping, portioning).
• Set up and break down stations according to prep lists.
• Stocking and re-stocking pantries.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, café, and storage areas.
• Operate dishwashing machine and hand-wash as needed.
• Receive, store, and organize deliveries and dispose of trash per safety standards.
• Support chefs and line cooks during service.
