• Prepares items from production sheets following recipes and quantities.
• Operates and cleans kitchen equipment per department procedures.
• Stores, labels and dates all food items according to policy and HACCP guidelines.
• Takes orders from customers and serves at multiple stations with efficiency and courtesy.
