Qualifications

• Prior foodservice utility experience preferred.
• Food handlers certification preferred; must pass upon hiring.
• Strong work ethic and attention to cleanliness and detail.
• Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Punctual, reliable, and professional in demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cafeteria during service including re-stocking.
• Set up and break down stations according to prep lists.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, café, and storage areas.
• Operate dishwashing machine and hand-wash as needed.
• Receive, store, and organize deliveries.
• Dispose of trash and recycling following safety standards.
• Dishwasher maintenance and cleanliness.
