Job summary

Monsieur Dior by Dominique Crenn in Beverly Hills, CA is hiring a part-time Prep Cook to prepare food items for our guests in a fast-paced, luxury dining setting. You will support guest experiences by following prep sheets, maintaining a clean station, and collaborating with the Chef on special instructions.

Qualifications

• Prior food preparation experience preferred.
• Ability to read prep sheets.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve storage items necessary, and measure, portion, and prepare all food items, complying with all quality standards, department rules, policies, and procedures
• Communicate with the Chef for any special instructions or training
• Maintain food, utensils, and equipment in a clean and orderly manner
• Performs opening, closing, and side work duties as instructed and according to proper guidelines
• Follow all safety, security, kitchen, and ServSafe procedures, upholding all health codes and sanitation regulations
