Job summary

Black-Oak-Casino is seeking a Kitchen/Facilities Attendant to maintain sanitation and support dining operations. You will transport F&B products, clean dishes and floors, remove trash, and assist in restocking stations while ensuring a clean dining environment.

Role requires 18+ years old, a valid work permit, Food Handler or ServSafe certification, and the ability to obtain a gaming license. English fluency and teamwork are essential, as is the ability to pass a drug test and maintain

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid work permit.
• Must complete Food Handler or ServSafe certification or provide proof.
• Must communicate effectively with Supervisors and Team Members.
• Must present a clean, well-groomed appearance and wear the uniform.
• Must possess a cooperative and friendly nature.
• Must obtain a valid gaming license.
• Must pass a mandatory drug test.
• Must provide evidence of U.S. employment eligibility.
• Must communicate proficiently in English and follow directions.

Responsibilities

• Transports Food & Beverage products, equipment and furniture to and from dining and storage areas.
• Maintains guest service and positive relations with Guests and Team Members.
• Cleans dishware, equipment, and floors; removes trash from work areas.
• Replenishes/restocks all main and side stations as needed.
• Assists in receiving and storing food products in storage areas.
• Maintains cleanliness of general dining and storage areas.
• Supports other team members as needed and maintains kitchen cleanliness.
• Produces recipes to standard specifications.
