Responsibilities

• Perform routine kitchen tasks and follow prep lists.

• Clean dishes, work stations, equipment, and storage areas per safety regs.
• Assist with unloading deliveries and stocking ingredients.
• Monitor inventory and report damaged equipment.
• Label, date, and store food at proper temperatures.
• Maintain department logs, cleaning schedules, and safety materials.
