Harry's Seafood Bar & Grille in Saint Augustine, FL is seeking a full-time Prep Cook. You will prepare recipes and batch items to Harry's standards, maintain a clean, organized station, and follow all safety and sanitation practices.

This role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least 1 year of food preparation experience, and a team-focused, detail-oriented mindset. Excellent benefits and growth opportunities are offered, with a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of food preparation experience required.
• Experience with quantity food preparation preferred.
• General knowledge of cooking procedures, weights and measurements.
• Demonstrate cooking skills and ability to follow established menus and recipes
• Ability to work effectively within a team with a positive attitude.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to all company specs and quality standards.
• Demonstrating a high level of organization, cleanliness and a sense-of-urgency.
• Flexible schedule with the ability to work days, nights, weekends & holidays.
• Stable work history.
