Hai Hospitality is accepting applications for a Prep Cook at Uchi Newport Beach, located on Mariner's Mile. Orientation is slated to begin end of November with a planned opening in late December 2026.

Qualifications

• Must communicate effectively with guests and staff.
• Detect safety issues and follow safety guidelines.
• Lift and move trays, dishes, and equipment up to 50 lbs.
• Able to stand, walk, and work in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Work in varied temperatures.
• Maintain neat, organized workspace and proper uniform.
