Qualifications

• Ability to effectively communicate with guests and coworkers.
• Detect and identify safety issues, and comply with safety guidelines and standards.
• Lift and carry trays, equipment, and goods up to 50 lbs; stock inventory and restock.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients for service in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Maintain a neat and organized workspace and proper storage of supplies.
• Restock and inventory items; support team with prep tasks.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently (ovens, grills, knives).
