Hai Hospitality Group, LLC is seeking a Prep Cook for our Uchi Newport Beach location on Mariner's Mile. Orientation is planned for the end of November with a grand opening in late December 2026. Compensation ranges from $18 to $21 per hour plus tips.

Qualifications

• Must communicate effectively with guests and staff.
• Lift and move trays and items up to 50 lbs.
