Hai Hospitality Group, LLC is seeking a Pastry Cook for the Uchi Newport Beach location. Located on Mariner's Mile, orientation planned for end of November with opening in late December 2026. Compensation is $18-$21 per hour plus tips, with a morning to mid-afternoon shift from 7am to 3pm. Prior pastry production experience is preferred. Qualifications

• Able to communicate with guests and staff.
• Identify safety issues and follow safety guidelines.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs and restock inventory.
• Stand and walk for extended periods.
