Pine Hall in Detroit is seeking a Prep Cook to support daily food preparation for service. You’ll bring a passion for food and a drive to grow your skills as part of a team that values hard work and precision.

You will work in a setting that pays homage to Detroit’s past with vintage keepsakes and Michigan spirits, offering competitive pay and opportunities for development within Union Square Hospitality Group.

Qualifications

• Experience in a prep position at a full-service restaurant is preferred, but not required.
• Ability to walk or stand for long periods of time.
• English fluency and additional languages preferred, but not required.

Who you are:

As a Prep Cook, you will be responsible for the daily preparation of food items for daily service. You have a strong passion for food, an eagerness to develop and build on your skills as a cook and be an integral part of a team that values hard work and attention to every detail.
