Qualifications

• 1 year of full-service restaurant kitchen cook experience.
• State Food Handler's Management Certification is required.
• Associate's degree in Culinary, Hospitality, Management, or Business preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and assist cooks and chefs.
• Clean and sanitize equipment as directed.
• Organize the kitchen under supervision of cooks and managers.
• Adhere to recipe standards in a high-volume setting.
