Qualifications

• Prepares food and serves customers per standards.

Responsibilities

• Obtains daily production schedule and prep requirements from the Chef.
• Prepares items on production sheets following quantities and recipes.
• Completes daily production worksheets and waste logs; tastes meals for quality.
• Operates and cleans equipment per procedures.
• Stores, labels and dates all food items; follows HACCP guidelines.
• Completes required documentation and reports.
• Handles customer orders and serves at multiple stations.
