Eurest is hiring for a full-time Prep Cook in Valencia, CA. The role requires food service experience and offers a fixed pay rate of $24.00 per hour. Schedule is Monday to Friday, 6:00 am - 3:00 pm, with online applications accepted and immediate hiring. Responsibilities include following recipes, maintaining production logs, and serving customers at multiple stations.

Qualifications

• Food service experience required.

Responsabilités

• Obtains daily production schedule and preparation requirements from the Chef.
• Prepares items on production sheets following established quantities and recipes.
• Completes and follows daily production worksheets and waste log sheets.
• Operates and cleans equipment per department procedures after each use.
• Stores, labels and dates all food items according to policy. Follows HACCP guidelines.
• Completes all required documentation, reports, logs as required.
• Complies with health and sanitation regulations and department procedures.
• Takes orders from customers and prepares items requiring short prep time.
• Serves customers efficiently and greetedly at multiple stations.
• Follows approved recipes and portion controls; ensures proper serving temperatures.
• Resolves customer concerns.
