Eurest USA is hiring for a full-time Prep Cook in San Antonio, TX. You will prepare items according to recipes, assist with production schedules, and serve customers with a focus on quality and safety.

Formación

• Experience required for the role.
• Food preparation experience is preferred.
• Ability to serve customers courteously and efficiently.

Responsabilidades

• Obtain daily production schedule and follow chef instructions.
• Prepare items from production sheets using approved recipes.
• Maintain quality and sanitation, log and label food items.
• Operate and clean equipment per procedures after use.
• Follow HACCP guidelines to ensure food safety and portion control.
• Assist with taking orders and serving customers at stations.
