• Location: DGH Lobby Bar - 132 West 65th Street, New York, NY 10023 Note: online applications accepted only.

Job Summary

Summary: Prepares food and serves customers according to standards and regulations.

Essential Duties:

• Obtain daily production schedule and requirements from the Chef.
• Prepare items following recipes and quantities.
• Complete and follow worksheets and logs; taste meals for quality.
• Operate and clean equipment after use.
• Store, label, and date food items following HACCP guidelines.
• Complete documentation and reports as required.
• Follow health and sanitation regulations.
• Take customer orders and prepare quick items.
• Serve customers efficiently and friendly.
• Use approved recipes and standards for quality and safety.
• Resolve customer concerns and perform other duties as assigned.
