Job Opening: Full-Time Prep Cook

We have an opening for a full-time Prep Cook position at Morgan Stanley, located at 2000 Westchester Avenue, Purchase, NY 10577. Online applications are accepted only.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, with some nights and weekends. More details will be provided during the interview.

Requirements: Previous culinary and deli experience is preferred.

• Obtain daily production schedules from the Chef.
• Prepare items following recipes and quantities.
• Complete worksheets, taste meals for quality.
• Operate and clean equipment properly.
• Store, label, and date food items following HACCP guidelines.
• Complete required documentation and reports.
• Follow health and sanitation regulations.
• Take customer orders and prepare quick-serve items.
• Serve customers efficiently and courteously.
• Operate and clean equipment after use.
• Ensure food quality, temperature, and portion control.
• Resolve customer concerns and perform other duties as assigned.
