Location: University of Pitt Greensburg

We are hiring immediately for a full-time and part-time Prep Cook position.

Address: 150 Finoli Drive, Greensburg, PA 15601 Note: online applications accepted only.

Schedule: Full and part-time positions available. Friday - Saturday, 10:30 am - 7:00 pm. Additional details will be provided during the interview.

Requirements: Prep experience is a plus, but willing to train the right candidate. Benefits include a free meal with every shift and adherence to the school year calendar.

Pay Rate: $14.50 per hour.

Job Summary

Prepares food and serves customers in accordance with applicable standards, guidelines, and regulations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Obtain daily production schedule and requirements from the Chef.
• Prepare items following established recipes and quantities.
• Complete and follow production worksheets and waste logs; taste meals for quality.
• Operate and clean equipment after each use.
• Store, label, and date all food items following HACCP guidelines.
• Complete required documentation and reports.
• Follow health and sanitation regulations.
• Take customer orders and prepare items with quick turnaround.
• Serve customers efficiently and courteously.
• Use approved recipes and standards to ensure quality and safety.
• Resolve customer concerns and perform other duties as assigned.
