Job Summary

Summary: Prepares food and serves customers according to standards and regulations.

Essential Duties:

  • Obtain daily production schedule from the Chef.
  • Prepare items following recipes and quantities.
  • Complete worksheets, taste meals for quality.
  • Operate and clean equipment.
  • Store, label, and date food items following HACCP guidelines.
  • Complete documentation and reports.
  • Follow health and sanitation regulations.
  • Take and prepare customer orders.
  • Serve customers efficiently and friendly.
  • Use approved recipes and standards for quality and safety.
  • Resolve customer concerns.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
