Join to apply for the PREP COOK (FULL TIME) role at Morrison Healthcare

We are hiring immediately for full-time PREP COOK positions.

Location: Mayo Clinic - 1221 Whipple Street, Eau Claire, WI 54703. Note: online applications accepted only.

Schedule: Full-time schedule, 5:30 am to 2:00 pm and/or 11:15 am to 7:45 pm. Days may vary; rotating weekends and holidays. More details upon interview.

Requirement: 1 year of high-volume line cooking experience preferred.

Pay Range: $19.00 to $20.25 per hour.

Job Summary

Summary: Prepares food and serves customers in accordance with applicable standards, guidelines, and regulations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Obtain daily production schedule and requirements from the Chef.
  2. Prepare items following established recipes and quantities.
  3. Complete and follow production worksheets and waste logs; taste meals for quality.
  4. Operate and clean equipment after each use.
  5. Store, label, and date all food items according to policy, following HACCP guidelines.
  6. Complete required documentation, reports, and logs.
  7. Comply with health and sanitation regulations.
  8. Take customer orders and prepare items requiring short prep time.
  9. Serve customers efficiently and courteously.
  10. Use approved recipes and standards to ensure quality and portion control.
  11. Resolve customer concerns and perform other duties as assigned.
