Job Title: Prep Cook

Morrison Healthcare is hiring immediately for full-time Prep Cook positions at Mayo Clinic, located at 1221 Whipple Street, Eau Claire, WI 54703. Online applications are accepted only.

Schedule: Full-time, with shifts from 5:30 am to 2:00 pm and/or 11:15 am to 7:45 pm. Days may vary, including rotating weekends and holidays. More details will be provided during the interview.

Requirements: Preferably 1 year of high-volume line cooking experience.

Pay Range: $19.00 to $20.25 per hour.

Job Summary

Prepares food and serves customers in accordance with applicable standards and regulations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Obtain daily production schedules and requirements from the Chef.
• Prepare items following established recipes and quantities.
• Complete and follow production worksheets and waste logs; taste meals for quality assurance.
• Operate and clean equipment per procedures.
• Store, label, and date food items according to policy, following HACCP guidelines.
• Complete required documentation, reports, and logs.
• Follow health and sanitation regulations.
• Take customer orders and prepare items requiring short preparation times.
• Serve customers efficiently and courteously.
• Use approved recipes and standards to ensure quality and safety.
• Resolve customer concerns and perform other duties as assigned.
