• Location: Mayo Clinic - 500 West Grant Street, Lake City, MN 55041. Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule: Full-time and part-time schedules; days may vary, with rotating weekends and holidays. Hours vary between 6:00 am to 2:30 pm or 10:00 am to 6:30 pm. More details upon interview.
• Requirement: Prior kitchen and patient experience is preferred but not required.
• Pay Range: $19.00 to $19.50 per hour.

Job Summary

Summary: Prepares food and serves customers in accordance with applicable standards, guidelines, and regulations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Obtain daily production schedules and requirements from the Chef.
• Prepare items following established recipes and quantities.
• Complete and follow production worksheets and waste logs; taste meals for quality.
• Operate and clean equipment per procedures.
• Store, label, and date food items; follow HACCP guidelines.
• Complete documentation, reports, and logs as required.
• Comply with health and sanitation regulations.
• Take customer orders and prepare quick-serve items.
• Serve customers efficiently and courteously.
• Use approved recipes and standards to ensure quality and safety.
• Resolve customer concerns and perform other duties as assigned.
