Chukchansi Gold Resort & Casino is seeking a LINE COOK to prepare salads, dressings, canapé’s, and other cold dishes, and to assist with sandwiches on short order. The role supports efficient kitchen operations during scheduled shifts and adheres to health and sanitation standards.

Ideal candidates have a High School diploma or GED and 1–2 years in a similar role, with strong organizational and interpersonal skills. Team collaboration, customer service, and adherence to recipes are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred and one to two years experience in a similar capacity position.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills required.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instruction, and procedure manuals.

Responsibilities

• Interacts effectively with the public and Team Members.
• Perform excellent customer service at all times.
• Prepare salads, dressings, canapé’s, and other cold dishes.
• Prepare sandwiches on short order or in quantities.
• Maintain quantities of coffee and tea throughout the shift.
• Work with team members to ensure smooth operation on a scheduled shift.
• Maintain compliance with health and sanitation standards and food safety certifications.
• Follow recipes and control procedures.
