Job summary

Logan's Roadhouse is hiring prep cooks to craft made-from-scratch dishes in a fast-paced, full-service setting. You will contribute to the kitchen team by preparing and cooking a variety of dishes, following recipes, and maintaining high sanitation and safety standards.

We offer part-time or full-time hours with a competitive pay rate, flexible scheduling, advancement opportunities, and team member discounts. Previous kitchen experience is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Experience in kitchen or culinary roles preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with kitchen equipment (knives, slicer, mixer, stoves, ovens).
• Willingness to work flexible shifts and maintain safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes per menu items.
• Follow recipe procedures to ensure quality and consistency.
• Maintain clean and organized workstations and prevent cross-contamination.
• Communicate clearly with Managers and Team Members.
