Job summary

Logan's Roadhouse is hiring prep cooks for full-time and part-time roles in a high-volume, casual dining setting. You will craft made-from-scratch dishes, work with kitchen equipment, and contribute to a welcoming guest experience.

The position offers flexible scheduling, advancement opportunities, and team member discounts. Prior kitchen experience is helpful but not required, with training provided to develop skills and safety practices.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age to operate kitchen equipment.
• Previous kitchen / culinary / chef experience is preferred, but not required.
• Experience and knowledge of kitchen equipment including but not limited to knives, slicer, mixer, stoves, ovens, broiler and pizza oven desired.
• Flexible to work a variety of shifts.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to the menu.
• Follow recipe procedures to ensure high quality.
• Maintain kitchen safety and sanitation policies.
• Communicate clearly with Managers and Team Members.
