Job summary

Logan's Roadhouse is seeking Prep Cooks to help craft made-from-scratch dishes for a high-volume casual dining experience. You’ll prepare and cook a variety of dishes, abiding by recipes and safety standards, and contribute to a vibrant, guest-focused kitchen team.

Both full-time and part-time roles are available with flexible scheduling. Prior kitchen experience is preferred; training will emphasize quality, consistency, and teamwork across shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ to operate kitchen equipment.
• Kitchen/cooking experience is preferred, but not required.
• Experience with commercial kitchen equipment including knives, slicer, mixer, stoves, ovens, broiler, and pizza oven is desired.
• Flexible to work a variety of shifts.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes per the menu.
• Follow established recipes and portion controls.
• Maintain high quality and kitchen cleanliness; ensure food safety and sanitation.
• Communicate clearly with Managers and Team Members.
