Job summary

Logan's Roadhouse in Statesville, NC is seeking Prep Cooks to join our kitchen team. You will craft our made-from-scratch dishes and support the line with timely, high-quality plates. Both full-time and part-time positions are available with flexible scheduling.

Experience is welcome but not required; training will be provided. You will work in a fast-paced, team-focused environment that values food safety and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older to operate kitchen equipment.
• Previous kitchen/culinary experience preferred but not required.
• Experience with kitchen equipment including knives, slicer, mixer, stoves, ovens, broiler, and pizza oven.
• Flexible to work a variety of shifts.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes per menu.
• Follow recipes and maintain quality and sanitation.
• Communicate with Managers and Team Members.
• Support operating kitchen equipment safely.

PREP COOKS

Come help craft our made-from-scratch, mouth-watering recipes that provide exceptional dining experiences for our guests! These culinary roles will be responsible for creating all of the dishes on our menu and duties will include preparing and cooking a variety of different dishes.

Requirements:
