Job summary

Logan's Roadhouse in Kannapolis, NC is hiring Prep Cooks to craft made-from-scratch dishes and deliver the warm hospitality we’re known for. This is a full-time and part-time opportunity with flexible scheduling and opportunities for advancement.

Ideal candidates are 18+ with a passion for food. While prior kitchen experience helps, it’s not required—training is provided. You’ll work in a busy, high-volume kitchen with a friendly team and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age to operate kitchen equipment.
• Previous kitchen/culinary experience is preferred, but not required.
• Experience and knowledge of kitchen equipment including but not limited to knives, slicer, mixer, stoves, ovens, broiler and pizza oven desired.
• Flexible to work a variety of shifts.

Responsibilities

• Ensure highest quality food by following recipe procedures.
• Prepare a variety of dishes using different methods and equipment.
• Follow company safety and sanitation policies.
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with Managers and Team Members.
