Drury Plaza Hotel in Pittsburgh, PA is seeking a kitchen/food prep associate to prepare a variety of dishes according to recipe cards while keeping the prep area clean and organized. You will help guests and maintain high standards of hospitality.

Responsibilities include assisting bartenders when needed, working efficiently around the bar and kitchen, and applying Drury's service principles. 18+ and English fluency required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Requires ability to take written and verbal direction in English and speak English clearly.
• Requires ability to operate machines and equipment used, including POS software and kitchen equipment.
• Requires ability to communicate effectively with customers and all levels of team members.

Responsibilities

• Prepare a variety of food products using kitchen equipment and recipes to fulfill guest orders.
• Maintain the food prep area in a clean, organized manner.
• Deliver food and assist guests as needed while upholding Drury hospitality standards.
• Support bartenders when needed and assist with bar/kitchen flow.
