Job summary

Logan's Roadhouse is hiring Grill Cooks to prepare made-from-scratch, mouth-watering dishes and to grill a variety of items for guests. You will join a team focused on delivering exceptional dining experiences in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age to operate kitchen equipment.
• Previous kitchen / culinary / chef experience is preferred, but not required.
• Experience and knowledge of kitchen equipment including but not limited to knives, slicer, mixer, stoves, ovens, broiler and pizza oven desired
• Flexible to work a variety of shifts.

Responsibilities

• Grill cooks will create all menu dishes and duties include grilling a variety of items.
• Follow recipe procedures to ensure highest quality food.
• Adhere to safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
• Communicate clearly with Managers and Team Members.
