Qualifications

• Prior kitchen experience in the food service industry preferred.
• Knowledge of kitchen tools, equipment and culinary techniques is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Follow a prep list and complete tasks with speed and accuracy.
• Read recipes and measure ingredients for consistent results.
• Prepare ingredients using knife skills: chopping, dicing, slicing.
• Use ovens, fryers, broilers, grills and other kitchen equipment safely.
• Label, date and rotate food using FIFO procedures.
• Maintain organization, cleanliness and food safety standards.
• Collaborate with team through clear communication and support.
