The MINA Group's Bar Sprezzatura in downtown Portland is seeking a Prep Cook to support a high-volume, fine dining kitchen. You will prep ingredients, maintain mise en place, and help ensure consistency across the menu.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in a fine dining or casual fine dining high-volume kitchen.
• Ability to communicate effectively with management and peers.
• Strong knowledge of food and cooking techniques and mise en place.
• Must be able to stand, move, and lift up to 40 pounds.
