Bar Sprezzatura in downtown Portland, part of Makeready, is seeking a Line Cook to join a fast-paced, fine-dining kitchen. You will execute dishes with precision, maintain high standards, and work across multiple stations with a team of passionate chefs.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in fine dining or high-volume kitchens.
• Strong fundamentals with attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
