Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a professional kitchen.
• No seed oil or health-conscious environment experience is a plus.
• Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and able to follow complex recipes.

Responsibilities

• Culinary Execution: follow daily prep lists and recipes with accuracy to maintain all-natural ingredients and seed oil-free standards.
• Quality Control & Freshness: inspect produce and proteins for freshness; rotate using FIFO and ensure peak flavor.
• Sanitation & Safety: keep a clean station, prevent cross-contamination, and operate cleaning of equipment.
