Qualifications

• 1–2 years in a professional kitchen, preferably scratch-cooking environment.
• Mastery of basic knife skills is required.
• Fluency in English may be essential for customer service stations within this position.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily prep lists with total accuracy and follow recipes to maintain all-natural ingredients and no seed oils.
• Maintain consistent knife cuts and portioning for uniform cooking and presentation.
• Manage high-volume prep tasks within designated timeframes.
• Inspect produce and proteins for freshness and adhere to FIFO rotation.
• Maintain clean, organized, and sanitized station and prevent cross-contamination.
