Qualifications

Minimum 18 years old.
1–2 years culinary or hospitality experience in a full-service, high-volume kitchen.
Strong knife skills and experience with hot and cold prep.
Food handler certification as required by state and local agencies.
Energetic, accountable, and team-oriented with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

Support the Culinary Manager and kitchen team with daily tasks to ensure readiness for service.
Prepare ingredients according to recipes, portioning guidelines, and quality standards.
Execute prep tasks with accuracy, consistency, and urgency.
Maintain clean, organized, and sanitary workstation and follow safety protocols.
Label, date, store, and rotate ingredients using FIFO to ensure freshness.
