Qualifications

• Prior kitchen experience in the food service industry preferred.
• Proficient with kitchen tools and culinary techniques.
• Ability to multitask with efficiency and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Follow a prep list and complete tasks efficiently with speed.
• Read and follow recipes with accurate measurements and portions.
• Prepare ingredients with knife skills and various cooking methods.
• Label, date, and rotate food using FIFO procedures.
• Maintain organization, safety, cleanliness, and food safety standards.
