Delaware North's Patina Group is seeking Prep Cooks to join our team at Hundredfold in Atlanta, Georgia. You will prepare food items for guests, support great guest experiences, and work in a fast-paced environment with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in food preparation required or preferred.
• Ability to read and comprehend prep sheets.
• Ability to use kitchen tools safely (knives, small equipment).
• Ability to follow instructions accurately.
• No high school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve storage items and measure, portion, and prepare all food items, complying with standards and procedures.
• Communicate with the Chef for any special instructions or training.
• Maintain food, utensils, and equipment in a clean and orderly manner.
• Execute opening, closing, and side work duties as instructed and per guidelines.
• Follow safety, security, kitchen, and sanitation regulations.
