Responsibilities

• Wash, peel, chop, and measure ingredients according to recipes.
• Assist chefs by preparing basic components such as sauces, dressings, and garnishes.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the prep area.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs to kitchen management.
• Assist with receiving and storing deliveries, ensuring freshness and quality.
• Support the kitchen team during busy periods by performing additional tasks.
