The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and comfort with standing for long periods. Preferred candidates may hold ServSafe certification and prior kitchen experience.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Wash, peel, chop, and measure ingredients according to recipes and kitchen standards.
• Assist chefs by preparing basic components such as sauces, dressings, and garnishes.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the prep area and proper storage of ingredients.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs to kitchen management.
