Aufgaben

• Adhere to all standard recipes and quality specifications.
• Wash, peel, cut, and prep raw produce.
• Trim, portion, and prep raw proteins per specifications.
• Prepare and store house-made sauces, dressings, and marinades.
• Portion and package food items per orders and quantities.
• Assist line cooks with station replenishment and service support.
• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming supplies.
• Label, date, and rotate prepped ingredients per FIFO guidelines.
