Job summary

Compass Group USA at Barclays Center is seeking a part-time Prep Cook to support food preparation and service. You will follow daily production schedules, prepare items according to recipes, and ensure quality and safety standards are met.

You will operate equipment, log production data, and assist in serving customers at multiple stations. Experience in a fast-paced food service environment is a plus, with opportunity to grow within a great team.

Qualifications

• Experience in food service preferred.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to follow recipes and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Prepares food and serves customers per production schedule.
• Obtains daily production requirements from the Chef and follows recipes.
• Operates and cleans equipment after use and maintains sanitation.
• Stores, labels and dates food items per policy; follows HACCP.
• Tastes meals for quality and serves customers efficiently at multiple stations.
• Completes required documentation and logs as required.
